A wedding is often referred to as “the big day”. Loren and Seth knew how to have a very big day! I had the pleasure of second shooting their celebration with Robin Nathan at two of the most elegantly fabulous locations in Atlanta, The Ritz Carlton and 200 Peachtree. There was too much loveliness to describe in words, so how about I just skip that part and post my photos? Yep!

JAIMIE + CLINT’S ATLANTA DIY ART GALLERY WEDDING
When you have a friend, who’s also a wedding planner, who’s also into awesome DIY everything, who gets married to her super-swell guy……things get pretty darn exciting! Before, during, and after Jaimie and Clint’s wedding day, everything was a whirlwind of wonderful. I adore this couple, and they held an incredible event at the Mason Murer gallery. I really enjoy weddings in art galleries. It’s such a cool and modern setting. Not surprisingly, Jaimie looked stunning and Clint looked handsome. And I love how in love they are! Trying to not cry during their first glance moment was a struggle. As the portraits, Ketubah signing, ceremony, dinner, and dancing progressed, the evening somehow kept getting better and better. This was just a killer event. Moving. Fun. Beautiful. Unforgettable.

BRENDA + BRENT WEDDING AT THE SWAN HOUSE
The Swan House is such a lovely gem here in Atlanta. I had the pleasure of second shooting Brenda and Brent’s elegant wedding day there with Robin Nathan. They added many of their own Atlanta-inspired details. From maps, to street names on the tables, to yummy treats from King of Pops. Their obvious love of this city reminded me of my own. They are lovely people, and their big day was just beautiful and wonderful.
OLDIE BUT GOODIE – SCOTT + RACHEL
Today’s “oldie but goodie” is from Rachel and Scott’s gorgeous wedding at Serenbe Farm. At any given moment, these two were either laughing or being romantic….or both, actually. This pic definitely highlights their romantic side. Swoon.
OLDIE BUT GOODIE – CHRISTI + ANDISHEH
There are so many things about this photo that make me happy. Serenbe Farm is one of my favorite venues. I got to meet the wonderful Gove family that day (they were in the wedding party). Christy and Andisheh are the coolest couple, who had such a romantic, fun-filled, unforgettable wedding day. They even had there doggies with them on the farm. Seriously, a great day.
cathy + richard’s wedding
I had to opportunity to second-shoot a gorgeous back yard wedding in Sandy Springs with Robin Nathan. Of course, to call this a “back yard” wedding seems like a major understatement. My yard has never looked like this! They made the day beyond special with all the lovely details, and Cathy and Richard were the sweetest couple. I’m guessing they’ll have a pretty fun married life, judging by how many smiles they shared that day. So, here are a few of the pics I snapped on that fabulous day.
oldie but goodie – kim
Kim and Mitchell had the coolest wedding at The Piedmont Room in Piedmont Park back in 2008. Here’s a blast-from-the-past photo of Kim, showing us how to be the perfect elegant, classic bride.
