A while back, my basement flooded, and ruined most of the Christmas ornaments I had (which already wasn’t a lot). I decided that instead of buying new stuff, I’d come up with a different idea every year that used stuff around the house and the yard to decorate my tree. Last year, I used pink what-nots from the old branding for my biz. This year…paper airplanes! We tried decorating the tree by throwing the planes at it. Fun, right? Well, the tree had some sort of force field around it and the planes violently ricocheted back at us. I used a less interesting method, and got ’em on there. Here are some pics, along with my “ode to not real snow” mantle. Happy DIY holidays, y’all!
