Be careful to never use the word “never”. See what I did there? Anyway, I always swore that I wouldn’t ever want a studio space. I thought I wasn’t an “indoor” kind of photographer (whatever that means). I am now feasting on my own words, because I’ve just finished setting up my very own photo studio, and I’m super-freaking-duper excited! It is a tiny area, but I can still do lots and lots of cool things in there. I have a chalkboard wall that we can draw all sorts of stuff on. I have a seamless, white backdrop, as well as other patterned, and even glittery backdrops to play with. Yes!
One important purpose for setting this up is because I wanted folks to have options for fun and inexpensive photo packages that also wouldn’t be hindered by the time of day or what Mother Nature has going on. So here’s my crazy-easy and affordable new studio package.
A 30-MINUTE SHOOT, 10 EDITED FINAL IMAGES IN A GALLERY (WHERE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PRINT-QUALITY FILES), FOR JUST 75 BUCKAROOS.
Easy peasy, right?
I’ll still be doing my usual “full”, on-location shoots for headshots, family portraits, weddings, engagements, etc. This is simply a new option for something cool and quick. Here are a few examples of what works great for a studio-type mini shoot:
MILESTONE/CELEBRATION PHOTOS (BIRTHDAYS, VALENTINES DAY, ANNIVERSARIES, ETC)
ONCE-A-MONTH MATERNITY PICS
HOLIDAY CARD PHOTOS
EDITORIAL SHOTS FOR MODELING COMP CARDS
MINI BOUDOIR SHOOTS
MUG TOTS (KID MUG SHOTS; ASK ME ABOUT THESE!)
JUST FOR FUN BECAUSE YOU’RE FEELIN’ AWESOME!
We like visual stuff, so here are some photos of the new space, and what can be done in it. All my images posted here were taken in a studio or backdrop situation, so you can see a little sample of what can be done in my studio. I can’t wait to use the heck out of this room. Woo hoo!!
